Do you mean that one of these(.) actually goes at the end of a sentence? It seems that these (,) can go anywhere in a sentence. Plus you, can put, lots of them, in, if you,feel like it,. Also I have also noticed that a capital(BIG LETTERS) do not have to follow one of these...
I have not seen many of these;;; used recently either. They are so pretty, certainly someone could slip one or two into a post.

My schooling was very basic, however I cringe at what has happened to the English language.
