How long it takes depends on what time of day you're coming through. First flights arriving for the day, you can get off the plane and out to the carpark in about 30 mins. Once the flights from HK and Seoul come in (around 7:30am), you're usually in it for the long haul (no pun intended). I've queued for more than 1.5hrs.
Gets quiet again around 11.
