I can't believe your sister-in-law is still dragging your nephew around while he is so sick, is she a little touched in the head? When my kids (5 under five years old) had chicken pox I also got them as an adult. I wound up in hospital with secondary infection of ensephalitis (swelling of the brain) and now have chicken pox scarring on my lungs. Your sister in law should be a hell of a lot more careful she is doing no one any favours. Have a good trip and I am glad it has worked out for you...
