yes he is a lovely little boy and we were really glad that we went even if it was,nt our original destination. as for food staples they did,nt seem to have much at all from what l could see, we took white and black rice, noodles, eggs, fruit, a bean type thing that was suggested by our driver for protein, vegies, and more so hopefully it will keep them going a bit till someone else goes.
