We have bought glasses from both Melawai in Discovery Kuta and Hardy,s Optical in Sanur the ones in Hardy,s were cheaper and we are very happy with the service they both will give you a plastic card which has all your prescription on the back and is your gurantee for the glasses. Excellent service from both. Have bought 5 pairs between us and much cheaper than Oz even with your private benefits here.
