Did one that started up near Kintamani (had breakfast overlooking the volcano) and ended up at Ubud for a great lunch.
One of the best things I've done in Bali.
The company was Agung River Rafting.
You might like white water rafting as well. It's a great way to see the countryside.
Lots of bars for 'cool' people in Seminyak and Legian (Dejavu for example).
