have a shower over the bath just like the new rooms and hot water. Only difference with the new rooms is that they are all revamped and that they have a TV and DVD player in there. I was there two weeks ago and you do not notice all the building work going on. I will be back again in 3 weeks time and will stay in a standard room. The beds are all the same and I stay for there for the excellent staff, not the TV.
I also think that you would probably not have a problem upgrading if you need to. But after talking to my agent today it seems most travel agents are straight up booking superior rooms.
