I have a friend who is off to Bali in May (second time) - she was asking me tonight if I know anywhere she could get a wedding dress made up.
I told her I know of a lot of good tailors in Kuta area...but ...I don't know a thing about wedding dresses! I told her I would ask my kind friends on the Forum if they have any recommendations, opinions etc?
Has anyone ever had experience with this type of thing? I thought maybe those ladies who work for Bali Weddings International might know someone?
(It would be your traditional white wedding dress, with a veil. I think she wants beading on the bodice, which I'm sure the Balinese could do with professionalism and creativity)
She has a pic from a magazine showing the basic design she wants, but what is the fabric choice like in Bali?
Also, would she have to go to Denpasar to find a tailor specialising in Wedding Dresses?
