there's heaps of road side carving shops, and while most have a variety of wood works, there's also quite a few that specialise in door's/frames and such.
A variety of prices, but I'd suggest thinking about the wood that you choose, warping/splitting is something to think about.
We had 3 sets of doors made, each set was about 60/65 cm wide, and they cost us around US$100 each, but that was 4 years ago, and the price has gone up. Plus, the ones we got were a cheaper wood, and we didn't bother with the frames.
