for VOA, veer very slightly to your right and head down past the queues for voa and immigration. You will see an area for Indonesian Nationals and for Foreigner with Visa. Queue up in Foreigner with visa. Never waited longer than about 15 mins to get through. Last trip in December was the only person and was through in about a minute flat....cheers :-)
