I saw exactly what you were looking for the last time I was in Bali, there is a shop in jl,Tunjung Mekar/jl.Majapahit which is the one way street leading down to Legian Street, Kuta.
I looked at a couple of beautiful doors there and although I didn't end up buying them I negotiated an approximate price of under US$250
