As a long time traveller to Bali I have never been able to understand the paradox that exists. On the one hand we have the acknowleged beautiful Balinese people with their outstanding culture, religion and friendliness, then we have dishonest money changers, dishonest taxi drivers, ripoff and scam traders of all description. Are these not Balinese people? Maybe someone can explain this disparity
