... do you have accommodation with a kitchen and are planning on cooking yourself? If so, if you're around Legian/Seminyak the Bintang supermarket in Jalan Legian is OK to buy fruit & vegies. You could just ask the locals where they shop - usually very early in the morning. Just be careful with salads at restaurants - may not have been washed in drinking water. Most restaurants are used to catering for vegetarians - no worries.
