We have booked to stay here in September. Did heaps of research on the net and this hotel seems to get fantastic reviews - beautiful gardens and pools; real Balinese decor and feel; wonderful, friendly staff and fantastic service; superb buffet breakfasts... Don't think I've come accross any even slighty negative comments. Some people complain about the location of Nusa Dua in general and that it is 'too far from everything' but personally I would prefer to stay somewhere more quiet and tranquil and it's easy enough to hop in a taxi or organize a driver to take you into other areas of Bali when you feel like it. There are heaps of great restaurants in Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa and most provide free transport to and from your hotel. Also lots of day spas to choose from if you want a bit of pampering. Enjoy your holiday, whichever hotel you choose!
