I had mine done a few weeks ago, and also my sons had highlights. We were all very happy with them. Had it done, along with our massages and nail treatments at Christi Salon, behind the Etnik Cafe on Jalan Legian. It was not far from Legian Paradiso Hotel but on the opposite side of the road toward Kuta Square. Price paid was a mere 40000rp each.
