Cholera & Typhoid

With the tsunami devastated areas now under threat of cholera & typhoid outbreaks, is there any chance that Bali may be affected with cholera & typhoid with refugees fleeing the stricken areas?
I hope to be in Bali in 3 weeks time & am somewhat worried about what may happen?! Should I be cancelling my trip?
