Who went on her own as a young woman in her 20's last June ? Lots of issues at the time & she wasn't going to go but we all talked her into it & she had a ball.She was even to busy to catch up with those of us in our 30's & 40's at S & S so she really had fun !
Just an idea but check the archives for late last May/early June or maybe even post a message "Looking for Tam -Tas " I think that was her name.Maybe Fiona or some other forumite who was there at the same time may remember better than I do.
I am sure you & you sister will sort out your issues but what ever happens do not let going on your own hold you back.I travelled heaps on my own around the world at your age & it was THE best thing I ever did.You meet so many more people that way.
