If you are keen on seeing somewhere other than Bali, I would recommend spending a couple of days in Kuta/Tuban area when you arrive, to settle in, then maybe heading to the Gili islands off the coast of Lombok for four or five nights. There are three islands, each different but all very peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Amazing snorkelling, beaches and lovely fresh seafood. Just an idea - have a great time.
