We've just got back last Monday from a wonderful 3-week trip to Bali.
We stayed at Legian 5 nights (Kumala Pantai), Ubud 2 nights (Villa Rasa Sayang), Lovina 4 nights (Aneka Lovina), Candi Dasa 3 nights (C.D. Sunset) & finished up at Tuban for the last 7 nights (Bali Garden).
All was organised by San Michele Travel in Sydney.
Heaps of information on their web site including guides to air fares and accommodation.
And to top it all off, they threw in a Bali Bus Pass for the whole time we were there. The Bali Bus was reliable; always on time and their drivers a lot of fun to be with.
I understand they own both the Bali Bus and the hotel that we stayed at in Ubud.
We live in country NSW as well.
We found it a minimum of inconvenience doing business with them over the phone. San Michele's rep, Liz, was courteous, patient and helpful. Especially with the number of times she had to re-quote because of the number of times we changed our mind. If there was something a little out of the ordinary or advise on a particular property, she would advise from her own experience.

We were also impressed with their issue of tickets. 6 weeks before departure! That's about 5-1/2 weeks ahead of the local agent we normally use!
