Its more expensive than Bali Hai, but worth it. To start with, its a catamaran with max 55 people. You are served morning tea on the way over, juice, water and softdrink all through the day and beer and wine with lunch and cocktails upon return. The resort that you will spend the day at has a salt water swimming pool, plenty of shade and a nice dining area/bar. There is the village tour, which is worth going on, very interesting. Waka is just less noisy & crowded than Bali hai. If you are a family with kids, you will proberly enjoy Bali Hai better, zippin around the bay on Banana boats etc. If you are a couple or someone after peace and quiet, go with Waka.

The Wakatanga trekking tour is also great. I really enjoyed the walk through this untouristy area. Actually, I just like the Waka tours! The Wakalouka land cruise (4WD tour) is also excellent and takes you to many interesting villages and end up in a rainforest for lunch.
