The answer is no. Bali is part of Indonesia the most populous Mulsim nation in the world. Westerners and Christians are targeted by extremists in many parts of Indonesia.
Remember before the Bali bombing many, many people on this forum were saying after 9-11 that Bali was safe becuase the Balinese were mostly Hindu. Its this twisted type of denial I can't fathom.
BALI is part of indonesia.
I'm not saying don't travel there but for do get a grip on the risks.
