The reason there has been a downturn in tourism in Bali is NOTHING TO DO WITH GOVERNMENT WARNINGS.
It has everything to do with the Bali bombing, 9-11, The Madrid bombing and the so called "War on Terror" and general unrest in many Muslim nations such as the recent incidents in Saudi Arabia.
The fact that many Westerners choose not to travel to muslim nations is hardly surprising. eh.
