My last flight over in Jan this year and I had a panic attack,
worked my way through it tho!
When we arrived in Bali I then remembered the VALIUM my doctor prescribes for me for when I fly, it was in my bag in the overhead locker.
Ducen ( valium ) i normally take 5 milligram a half hour before flying and another in 4 hours.
Works well for me!
