I can't see anything on the packet that says you can only use them twice though,just looked closer & it says in small print - recommendation - not be be reused after 2 flights as effectiveness may be reduced by pollen,moisture & dust.Wonder if it's just a marketing ploy?
What are these airwave chewies about & where do you get them.Re the eucalyptus oil ,do you take the whole bottle with you or just soak some tissues with the oil? I've often been given little sachets by the air hostess & have now been told by them to ask for them shortly after getting on in case they get busy later.
I expect from what you say that taking Zytec (anti-histamine) for a few days before is better than just on the day of the flight like I was told to do.I use either Telfast or Sudafed but just before the flight.I don't have anything really wrong with my ears but I get blocked sinuses whenever I get a cold or when I have hayfever.Pretty much every time I fly my ears really hurt & I mean really bad pain as you are landing.I often end up crying cause it's so severe.
