so after having surgery on my ears to widen my tubes( grommets) i also have to spray a $44 nasal spray (cortisone i think)and take zirtac tablets for a few days before flying.
I also chew airwaves chewies to clear everything.
Eucalyptis oil to sniff also helps.
After all that i finally travelled pain free Christmas just gone.
Maybe if you just get a good nasal spray and zirtac from chemist and then chew airwaves and sniff euc oil...you will be ok....but those earplugs did nothing for me.
