We are staying at the LBH this month.
6 nights at LBH, then 3 nights at Hotel Tjampuhan in Ubud.
This trip will have 2 (G12 / B13) of our 3 kids coming
(No. 1 son ~ 16 no interest ! - must be sick).
Have booked a Deluxe Villa, in fact have booked 2 villas
which are interconnecting. I know we could have just pushed
more beds into one room, yet we like to have a bit of space.
When I did my research, I found that the DV's where a little
bit bigger than the SV's, yet the other thing was the SV's
were not interconnecting, so I booked the 2 intercon DV's.
They also seem to be in a better position on the property,
close to the pool, and close to the beach.
We were thinking about the Mandira (which we have stayed at before),
yet with all the work that they did 5 / 6 years ago, they forgot
to add one important ingrediant - a swim up bar !
The LBH also lookes a little more traditional balinese, with the
thatched roofs, and only single level (you can stay anywhere in
the world in a concrete block).
Our last trip we stayed at the Padma, which was just my wife and I.
It was very nice, yet I do like to look of all the pic's I have
found on the web of LBH.
If you look at the LBH website, it shows floor plans, and they
have also updated their hotel grounds layout (it was just a aerial
view before - good lay out yet now it's 3d looking).
Friends of ours are also staying there in June (should we go again ??)
