I've been in Bali from mid October till starting of november for the last 5 years now.
There is a change on a rainy day during that period, but mostly it will rain (if there is rain) only a short time during the night or at the late afternoon (4-5 o'clock).
It will not last long and the temperature will drop a few degrees but only for a half an hour or so.
But if you go to rural bali ,especially to the mountains there is a great chance for fog or a drizzle.
In november however the air will be more humid than in october, can be quit irritated (even the bintang doesn't cool anymore) that's the reason i always go mid october.
