We were there end Oct/beg Nov last year, didn't see any rain. Glorious weather as it had rained before we arrived (don't hold me to this year tho!)
We were there Aug/Sept (dry season) and ran into rain and also in March/April. Luck of the draw I guess, but I personally love the rain in Bali.
