Had some friends who transferred their from MBR (Legian) since they arrived in Bali in November with no reservations for MBR. We visited them and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel had just undergone a complete renovation. I had stayed there a couple of years ago and it was getting tired but now pretty nice. Still think Melasti Beach resort is better but the Bungalows are cheaper.
