that they are mainly wholesalers & only open business hours Mon > Fri so if you have been trying over the weekend that might be why you can't get them.I found this out myself a few years ago when I wanted a quote on a property only they handled.Maybe try again tomorrow.I also think they may operate under a different business name as well as.Bali Escapes may not be there trading name.Maybe someone in perth can help you out more.
