Hi Goober. Don't know of any packages to the places you have mentioned. Because I use Bali as my home base, all of my sojourns begin here. Bali/ Lombok, Bali/ Yogya, Bali/ Jakarta etc. If Solo is a preferred destination the it's Bali/ Yogya then train or bus it to Solo as the domestic airport at Solo was closed some years ago. It's only about 35 mins by road from Yogya & the rail link goes all the way to Jakarta with yet another branch line to Surabaya. What a bugger that you have to fly to Yogya to get to Solo! Oh & there is always the bus from Denpasar to Solo. They are newish comfortable & clean & the trip is sure to get the adrenalin pumping....Russ
