Personally I think the extra for the lounge area in an Ambassador suite is a waste of money. Depends on how much socialising in your rooms with your boys you want to do. We are only booking two rooms this time. KP will put an extra bed in a twin/double room for no extra charge for child (read 14yo) but don't include b/fast in room rate for them usually. We will be there late July with 11 & 16 yo girls.. will be fine for that. It really isn't "suited" to any age at this stage. Has great pool suited to everyone with shallow area to side for littlies, partially blocked off.
Nice and quiet along side wing (away from pool) and nice and close to the beach for your boys (ask them to sshhh if they get up really..really early as the path is fairly close to rooms!!)
I doubt you can get sea glimpses in any rooms. I prefer ground floor, like sitting in your own garden instead if overlooking rather ramshackle buildings next door.
You will love sitting in the restaurant eating b/fast watching your boys surf. Magic place..just watch out for the bat poo!!
