sorry to hear of your experience, yet having known matt for sometime now and had heaps of fabulous jackets made at french leather im sure matt would have gone to every effort into satisfying his customer Matt has always said to me if you arent happy dont take it. Why did you still take the jacket. I guess you should ask yourself that.
