Good quality fake stuff? Hmm... not so sure you'll have any luck there. Your best bet is to shop around and try stuff on - stretch the glasses a bit and if they snap straight away don't buy that style :) For a pair of fake oakleys you should pay 15000 - 20000rp.
There are plenty of places in Kuta to have a jacket made, my advice would be to search the forum for info because lots of people have mentioned good places.
