They have a counter at the main reception and the boxes are all behind the counter. You have one key, they have the other and both are required to open the box. Inside this 'locker' is another, unlocked box that you put your stuff into. They pass your box over the counter to you and let you do your stuff, then lock it away when you're done.
I used them my last two visits and had no troubles.
