We have never found decent accomodation cheaper off the street than prebooking. Even in the days of the Timor war when things were quiet in Bali we still couldn't get them to budge off their published rates. the Adhi Dharma is a nice hotel and central to everything. I wouldn't want to spend my time in Bali moving hotels - it takes too long.
