Bali in January - weather and music
I am planning to spend a month in Bali with my Mum ( 65) and son aged 10 as part of our RTW trip - will the weather be awful? Where are good places to stay? My mum is a musician and wants to go to some gamalan workshops. Also is it safe - many threads on here mention scams, prostitutes etc.. We have a budget of about $750 per week for the three of us. We would like places with pools if possible as I've heard the sea can be dangerous for my 10 year old. IS this true?
