In reality, these games are duplicates of original games sourced from around the world, many appear to be NTSC format which would indicate USA so the term 'Bali games' is not strictly correct.
You can buy the chip in Bali, cost is about AU$65 for the Messiah2 but it also has to be installed and the DVD shops typically don't do the install.
