no help but.
On our flight over (API) there was an empty seat either side of us (we were in the middle row)so just before take off my son sat in one. A woman in front of us sat in the empty seat behind us and started complaining to the couple next to her that a "Rude, little boy" had taken "her" seat??? Guess she thought she would move into it. It had extra leg room.
Than all through the flight she put her feet on my husbands chair. She was in the row with extra leg room so could put her legs straight out (onto the back of my husbands head rest). After asking her a few times to take her feet down. Her reply was "I'm not moving, it's you moving". I must say my husband showed great restraint. It makes me angry that people can be so inconsiderate. Most people would apologise.
With the seats reclining I think some people don't realise how much they intrude on the person behind's space. If you mention it most are willing to raise it a bit. Then again....
Wish I was rich enough to travel 1st class.
