I changed agents after the debacle with our last travel agent...our new one promised us the earth, moon and stars. Of course we didn't get any such upgrade, nor did we expect it as I just knew she was spinning sh*t. Sounds like we had the 'same' agent as Tassie's new Governor :-( Cheers Geri
