NO meter taxi from ubud, if you want to go to ubud for dinner, best thing is to negociate with the transport, how much will he offer you to go there. You may just take taxi to ubud from kuta, but on the way back it's difficult, almost no taxi, but the transport will offer you their prices. Ubud is about 40 kilometers from kuta, one way taxi with meter will cost you about 70.000 to 90.000 rupiah, so if if transport offer you 150.000, specially at night time, it is good offer.
