Have been been doing as much research as possible.We are going to be staying at the Rayal Balina Beach Club.Any comment on this place.Hopefully things have change in the last four years,from the write-ups that I read.Where going for R&R and lot's of scuba.There's so much talk about blast fishing.Are the reef in this area trashed?? the best diving on the island is supposedly just off the shore.
