We stayed there in July. If you are planning on staying there multiple nights, you might try negotiating a lower rate either directly or through one of the local agencies (Bali Discovery Tours, for example).
It's a great place and the newest resort in Ubud. Lots to do. They have a free shuttle into town during the day.
