The Maya is fantastic. My wife and I stayed there in April...left the little one with the Grandparents in Legian, and it felt like a second honeymoon! It is a Japanese orientated hotel but the hotel is ideal for a honeymoon. Just make sure your get a villa and not one of the rooms. Don't worry about being a little way out of town, they have a shuttle service that is more than convenient and a taxi is cheap as chips anyway.
The other resort you may want to look at is the Kamandalu...just as nice. See link
