with all of the above (it gets into the saliva glands so you dont have to swallow for it to get into your system.....)However my dorter got very sick after being at waterbom park and i am told that this often happens there from going on the slides etc,not keeping your mouth shut...
Not sure but any tips are worth taking i think.
