I've stayed at the Rosani, Villarisi and Bali Matahari. For an additional 20,000 you could stay at the Bali Matahari, which is a new hotel. The Rosani is an old hotel, and a bit rundown. I'd go with Bali Matahari or Villarisi (which is a bit more expensive than the other two hotels - approx. 70,000 Rp more per night).
