had the same - grade 3 - right on top of the pointy bit of the head. Hairdresser found it otherwise would not be here now as absolutely no symptoms.
Over 5 years ago and removed on a friday afternoon. Like having a tooth drilled. Anyway so far so good.
Hadn't heard about the sunscreen - any special brand.
Always take the pump packs and use them as massage oil. that way it is well rubbed in and the body covered.
The oil the ladies use is usually coconut oil which will fry an egg. Don't believe the label on the bottle that they use!!
