How many nights in Ubud?

Hey again,
Just wondering if anyone can help me out on how many nights to spend in Ubud? This is our first trip to Bali - probably staying a total of 14 nights and we're thinking 3 nights in Sanur, then say 4 nights in Ubud then back to Sanur for 7. Is 4 nights in Ubud too much?
Also, we're still up in the air between Griya Santrian and the Besakih next door - can someone help or are they both as good as each other?
