Too many to mention really, depends what you like - Ubud probably has the best choice of good restaurants on the island. Some ideas:
Batan Waru: great local food, dishes $3-5
Bebek Bengil: Beautiful setting looking onto the rice fields, mains $2-5
Cafe Lotus: nice setting, food ok, mains $3-6
Ryoshi's: - great japanese, can get a meal for $8-12
Lemak: upmarket, good wines, mains $5-10
Ary's Warung: upmarket fusion food, usually very good, service and wine list great as well, mains $5-10
Mosaic - very upmarket french fusion, mains $10++
Also a wide variety of local eateries, including a couple of great "padang" style places where you can eat for $3
