My apologies but i have had nothing but trouble with travel agents. I travel to Bali about 8 or 9 times a year so i am aware of all taxes, specials etc. On the rare occasion i have my phone calls returned. I have spoken to many people about this and they all agree with me. I am from WA so maybe the situation is different in other states. I do all the homework when i travel and it is not that difficult to find the right prices. If you know of a good travel agent over here please let me know where
